1 Pair practice with something that you like
It can be Spotify, Podcast, or maybe youtube video on the second monitor.
2 Use physical workout after long work time period learning
Don’t push to exhaustion. We need rest and alternate your activities throughout the day to maximize results.
3 Access the power of Mondays
Long hours learning on a Monday sets the tone and psychological pattern for the week. If you skip hard working on Monday, it’s much easier to skip exercising on Tuesday, etc. and finally quit.
4 Always have fun
Do think about what you like to do, and at your pace, you’ll never have to work.
5 Practice the “one-day” rule and don’t learn for knowledge, learn to have skills
You can skip a day of practice, but never two days in a row. If you do, it becomes much harder to get back in a groove. Knowledge is like building a racket in your garage but the trick in life is to use these rackets in practice. Counts only what you do.
