This website is owned and administered by Krzysztof Pacholski. I am also a personal data controller that you, as a user, may provide through my website. I am a natural person – Krzysztof Pacholski, located in Poland, you can contact me via email: and ask about details. 

In this document I would like to inform you about the rules of personal data processing and the use of cookies and other tracking technologies in connection with the use of the website.


By using the website you can submit your personal data using the form available on the website to subscribe to the newsletter. Please note that the submission of personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary in order to send the newsletter. If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter, it is necessary to process your data (first name and e-mail address) for the purpose of sending the newsletter, informing about new entries and other activities.

The provided data is saved in the Mailchimp database (website: and where you can find details about GDRP compliance) based on your consent (art. 6 p. 1 letter a GDPR). Your data will be processed as long as I maintain the website and send the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe (opt-out) from the newsletter earlier. You have the right to withdraw consent at any moment. Your opt-out will delete your personal data like name, last name and email. 


By sending me an email, you can provide your personal data, in particular your email address. Providing such data is voluntary, and their processing is based on the legitimate interest of the personal data administrator (art. 6 p. 1 letter f GDPR), which is a reply to your message. Please remember that in such a situation, you decide on the scope and nature of the provided personal data.

Your personal data will be processed only for the purpose for which they were provided. In particular, your personal data will not be processed by entities other than me, unless such processing is based on the rules described herein or required by law.

I process your personal data on the territory of the European Union and I do not intend to transfer your data outside the EEA, however some partners may transfer data outside the EEA. In this case, the terms and conditions of these entities shall apply.

The website may also contain links to websites of other entities that are owned and managed by third parties. The administrator will not be responsible for the availability of these sites. You should also remember that these third parties may use other privacy policies. 

On this side I use Google Analytics and cookies on my blog.
